They are built the way a woodworking tool should be, which means that they will last for years, if not decades.The motors in the JET lathes are amazing too they are not only very durable, they are also incredibly powerful, especially for their size. They produce more than enough power to quickly cut through hard woods of any and all types. And they run pretty quite too, which is never a bad thing.Another thing that is well worth mentioning is the fact that the JET lathes all offer tool-less adjustments, which is very convenient. Not only will it save you a lot of time in the wood shop, it will also save you a lot of hassle. Just thing: no more having to search for your tools to make adjustments!
